VDA Profit Training focuses on the often overlooked financial, commercial, and practical aspects of accident repair, in essence; the ‘undeveloped other half of the role.’

This course develops participants’ understanding of how profit is generated within an estimate, while strengthening sales awareness, customer communication, and estimate conversion skills.

Interestingly, the training demonstrates that estimates can be built using correct repair methods, ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and to the required standards. When the right decisions are applied, this not only supports technical accuracy but also enhances customer confidence and satisfaction.
